Use of cookers (no charge if just making hot drinks) £12.50 per cooker (2 available).

Staging

Full Staging (3m x 5m) £25.00. Smaller Units priced accordingly - please enquire.

Projector Screen and PA System

Free - please ask.

Deposit to cover breakages

Also to ensure the hall is left tidied & cleaned to an acceptable standard - £25.00

(payable with the balance of the booking fee).

Deposit to cover breakages etc. on a 24hr booking

£100.00 (payable with the balance of booking fee).

Cost of Bar

£15.00 per hour.

​

Cost of Registered SIA Doorman

(compulsory for 18th & 21st parties)

Approximately £25.00 per hour plus expenses (this replaces the cost of the bar).

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the TOTAL hire charge will be required when the booking has been confirmed. The balance is due for payment 14 days before the event together with the appropriate deposit for breakages.
